Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (For Weddings) to lead client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the wedding/events industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering premium client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for wedding planning and curation services.
- Identify and convert leads through multiple channels (referrals, partnerships, inbound inquiries).
- Conduct client consultations to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations aligned with client expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and industry partners.
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with the planning and execution teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.
Key Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in sales (preferably in weddings, events, luxury services, or hospitality).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client vision and translate it into compelling solutions.
- Well-organised with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury weddings or destination wedding sales.

2. Offline Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and creative Offline Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence through on-ground and experiential marketing initiatives. This role will focus on driving brand visibility, partnerships, and lead generation through offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Organize and manage participation in wedding exhibitions, trade shows, and luxury showcases.
- Develop partnerships with venues, hotels, designers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Conceptualize and execute brand activations, styled shoots, and experiential campaigns.
- Manage print media, brochures, branding collaterals, and outdoor advertising.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for campaign execution.
