About Us
Theory of Sports is Jaipur's premier multi-sport facility located in Mansarovar, offering world-class infrastructure for Pickleball, Padel, Box Cricket, and Football. We're building a community of active, sport-loving individuals — and we're looking for someone who lives and breathes that same energy.
The Role
We're hiring a Sales Manager who is part salesperson, part community builder, and part fitness enthusiast. You'll be the face of Theory of Sports — the person members meet first, trust most, and come back because of. You'll drive membership sales, lead the front-end team, and ensure every visitor has an experience worth talking about.
What You'll Do
Sales & Revenue
Drive individual and corporate membership sales across all sports verticals
Follow up on leads from walk-ins, calls, social media, and referrals
Create and present membership packages tailored to different customer segments
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Member Relations
Welcome members, conduct facility tours, and handle onboarding
Build lasting relationships with members to drive renewals and referrals
Handle queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and warmth
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the front-desk and sales support team
Set daily/weekly targets, track performance, and keep the team motivated
Coordinate with coaches and operations staff for smooth member experience
Marketing Support
Collaborate on local outreach — RWAs, corporates, schools, fitness communities
Support on-ground events, tournaments, and open days
Provide ground-level feedback to improve campaigns and offers

What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in sales (fitness, hospitality, sports, or lifestyle preferred)
Strong communication in Hindi and English
Comfort with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic reporting
Ability to work weekends and peak hours (sports facilities run on player schedules)
A genuine love for sports — playing experience is a big plus
