We’re hiring an Export Leader to take Gravolite to the Global Stage.
For 50 years, Gravolite has been a household name in Indian sports. Now, we’re ready to take our "Made in India" excellence to the world. We are looking for a Sales Manager – Sports Exports to lead our international expansion.
The Mission: We don't want someone who just handles paperwork. We need a Growth Specialist who can identify international distributors, navigate global trade barriers, and position Gravolite as a premium alternative to Western and Chinese brands.
What you’ll be doing for Gravolite:
- Global Network Building: You’ll be responsible for finding and onboarding international distributors and retail chains across the US, Europe, and UAE.
- International Compliance: You’ll ensure our products meet global standards (like CE, REACH, or specific sports federation norms) and communicate that technical superiority to global buyers.
- Exhibition Strategy: You’ll lead our presence at international trade fairs like ISPO Munich or FIBO, representing the brand on the world stage.
- Logistics & Trade: You’ll oversee the end-to-end export process, from LC (Letter of Credit) negotiations to ensuring our bulky sports mats are shipped cost-effectively.
Who you are:
- You have 7–12 years of experience specifically in International Sales/Exports within the Sports or Fitness industry.
- You understand Incoterms, Export Documentation, and Global Logistics.
- You are a "Cultural Chameleon"—you know how to pitch to a buyer in New York just as effectively as a distributor in Dubai.
- You have a track record of taking an Indian brand and successfully launching it in foreign markets.
