This is a player-coach role. You'll personally own our key accounts and build the coverage discipline that keeps every customer serviced on a predictable rhythm. Retention and reactivation first; profitable new-account growth second.
What we're looking for:
• 5-8 years in B2B specialty / industrial chemicals sales (water treatment, paper, paints & coatings, textile auxiliaries, or adjacent)
• A real track record of retaining and growing industrial accounts — not only opening them
• Credibility with technical buyers: plant, purchase, and R&D
• Experience coordinating a small sales team or distributor / channel network
• A chemical or chemical-engineering background is a strong plus
