1. Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in PCB Assembly and SMT-related products to drive business development and sales activities. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets across SMT equipment and consumables. Candidates should have experience in technical sales and strong knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes. 3. Required Qualifications 4. - Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the PCB Assembly and SMT segment
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Drive sales of SMT consumables including solder paste and related products
- Handle sales of SMT production equipment and peripheral systems
- Manage complete sales cycles from lead generation to closure
- Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations
- Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and customer support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in PCB Assembly / SMT industry
- Experience in technical sales of SMT equipment, consumables, or manufacturing solutions preferred
