1. Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in PCB Assembly and SMT-related products to drive sales and business development activities. The role involves developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales objectives across SMT consumables and manufacturing equipment. Candidates should have experience in technical sales within the electronics manufacturing ecosystem. 3. Required Qualifications 4. - Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing markets
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in PCB Assembly and SMT segments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
- Drive sales of SMT consumables including solder paste and related materials
- Handle sales activities for SMT production equipment and peripheral systems
- Manage complete sales cycles from lead generation to closure
- Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for customer requirements
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in PCB Assembly / SMT industry
- Experience in technical sales of SMT equipment, consumables, or manufacturing solutions preferred
