Role Overview
The Sales Manager – Residential BESS will drive residential battery sales across Rajasthan/ Kerala through Waaree’s franchise network, focusing on franchise engagement, sales pipeline generation, and customer conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive residential BESS sales through Waaree franchise partners.
- Support franchise managers in generating and converting leads.
- Promote Solar + BESS bundled solutions.
- Identify high‑potential residential markets and develop demand.
- Maintain sales pipeline and forecasts.
- Track lead conversion, order booking, and collections.
- Conduct product awareness sessions for franchise partners.
- Support installation coordination and ensure customer satisfaction.
