Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving sales strategies, overseeing client management, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include managing a sales team, coordinating sales processes, developing client relationships, conducting market analysis, and optimizing sales performance to meet business objectives. The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve residential and commercial property sales targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize bookings, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.
- Handle inquiries from digital campaigns, channel partners, walk-ins, and referral networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and conversion optimization.
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and customer demand to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, inventory status, and performance reports for management review.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Support in organizing property expos, promotional events, and on-site sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation processes, and real estate sales regulations.
