Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive project and retail sales for water and wastewater treatment solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial and municipal water treatment systems and be capable of developing business opportunities across the Eastern Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage project sales for:
- Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems
- Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
- Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
- Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems
- Iron Removal Plants (IRP)
- Fluoride Removal Plants (FRP)
- Develop and maintain relationships with government departments, industries, consultants, EPC contractors, and distributors.
- Promote and sell water treatment equipment, including:
- Pumps
- Resin
- Turbidity control systems
- Chlorination systems
- Plant spares and accessories
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with engineering and project execution teams for successful project completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Civil/Environmental) or Science/Business Administration.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in project sales of water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Experience in the Eastern Zone market will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the same industry will be given preference.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of water treatment technologies.
- Tendering and project sales experience.
- Customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
