Sales Manager – Process Equipment
- Achieve monthly and annual sales target, margins, and cash flow targets for the all process equipment division and for all locations.
- Will inherit team of field sales team reporting to him.
- Will co-ordinate with the digital marketing team, in-house estimation engineers and technical staff from the factory.
- Ensure that the Company’s brand name and products are on the approved vendor list of the Consultants, Contractors, and end clients.
- Travel extensively to meet the existing and potential customers, generate new enquiries, and participate in events and exhibitions, keep track on ongoing and upcoming projects to target sales opportunities and identify new markets and new products for the company to venture into.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives for business growth and profitability.
· Analyse market data, industry trend and competitor information for both horizontal and vertical growth Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive cost database for reference and update current prices of major raw materials like pipes and plates using google drive.
Qualifications & Experience
· Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
· Experience: Typically 2–6 years in estimation within the fabrication or heavy engineering industry.
