Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager – Polymers & Industrial Solvents based in New Delhi, with partial flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets in the polymers and industrial solvents segment. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and delivering excellent client service. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the technical and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development
- Familiarity with polymers, industrial solvents, or chemical industry trends and products
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategy development
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and manage time and tasks independently
- Experience in a sales role within the chemical or related industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
