About the Company:
D25 Global FZE is a UAE-based commodity trading company engaged in the global trade of plastic scrap, thermal coal, and non-ferrous scrap. We operate across international and domestic markets, focusing on bulk trading and long-term supply relationships.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Plastic Scrap Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating sales and building a strong customer base in the Indian market. The role is performance-driven and compensation is based on per metric ton (MT) sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop buyers for plastic scrap (LDPE, HDPE, PP, mixed scrap, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, recyclers, and traders
- Negotiate pricing and close bulk deals
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth delivery
- Track market trends and provide insights on pricing and demand
Compensation:
- Commission-based earnings per MT sold (high earning potential)
- No fixed salary – purely performance-driven
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in plastic scrap/polymer/recycling industry
- Strong network of buyers (preferred)
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently
