Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through B2B customer acquisition, key account management, and market expansion within the paints & coatings industry.
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve defined revenue targets
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with paint manufacturers and industrial customers
- Build and expand a strong B2B sales pipeline within the paints & coatings segment
- Develop and manage key accounts, ensuring long-term business partnerships
- Identify new market opportunities, applications, and customer segments
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales / business development (preferably B2B)
- Background in paints, coatings, chemicals, or building materials industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into business opportunities
