Key Requirements
5–7 years of hardcore sales experience in:
- NVIDIA GPU servers
- AI infrastructure / HPC / data center solutions
Strong understanding of:
- GPU computing, AI/ML workloads, and server architecture
- Enterprise IT buying cycles and solution selling
Proven track record of:
- Closing high-ticket infrastructure deals
- Consistently exceeding sales targets
Experience working with:
- OEMs, system integrators, or value-added resellers
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience selling NVIDIA DGX / GPU clusters / AI stacks
- Exposure to sectors like BFSI, Healthcare, Research, Manufacturing, or GCCs
- Strong network within CIO / CTO / AI leadership circles
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a “hunter” sales attitude

Quarterly Targets
- Revenue Target: ₹2.0 Cr – ₹3.0 Cr per quarter (aligned to annual quota)
- Pipeline Coverage: Minimum 3x of quarterly target
- New Client Acquisition: 2–3 new logos per quarter
Deal Conversion Ratio: ≥ 25% from qualified pipeline
