Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager – Network & VoIP Solutions, based in the Mohali district, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities in network and VoIP solutions, managing a sales pipeline, and driving opportunities from initial contact through to contract closure. The role includes preparing and delivering solution-focused presentations and proposals, coordinating with technical and pre-sales teams to design suitable solutions, and responding to RFPs and RFQs. The Sales Manager will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and regularly review account performance. Day-to-day tasks also include forecasting revenue, reporting on sales activities and market trends, collaborating with marketing to support campaigns, and representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales for Network, VoIP, UCaaS, SIP, or related telecom solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals, VoIP technologies, cloud-based communication platforms, and managed network services, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Excellent skills in prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and contract closure, including experience working with medium to large enterprise customers or service providers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with pre-sales, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to shape and deliver client-centric solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup (Mohali district + remote), with high self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, VoIP/UC certifications, sales methodologies
