Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Manager based in Eastern Europe to drive business growth through direct, in-person client engagement. This role involves frequent travel across Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Cyprus, Bosnia, and Croatia, building long-term relationships with distributors and importers of Natural Stone in these countries.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand sales for granite and quartzite products across assigned regions
• Regularly visit distributors to understand their changing requirements and to build strong relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, order closure, and follow-up
• Coordinate with internal teams in India for pricing, logistics, and order fulfillment
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events Key Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in natural stone, construction materials, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of granite, quartzite, or similar building materials is highly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets
• Based in Eastern Europe with the ability and willingness to travel and drive extensively
• Strong network with distributors, fabricators, architects, or construction companies is a plus
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
