We're not hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager.
We're looking for a Market Hunter.
Location: Delhi NCR
Most enterprise sales roles ask you to manage accounts.
This one asks you to create markets.

Now we're looking for someone who can take this vision to India's largest enterprises.
This role is NOT for you if:
- You wait for marketing-qualified leads.
- You are comfortable managing existing accounts instead of creating new ones.
- Your sales approach starts with sending a company profile.
- You avoid engaging senior business leaders and CXOs.
This role IS for you if:
- You can open doors that others cannot.
- You enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
- You have the confidence to engage CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs, CDOs and business leaders.
- You know how to create demand where none existed.
- You believe relationships open doors, but business value closes deals.
- You see every "No" as the beginning of the next conversation.
Your Mission
- Build and own a greenfield enterprise territory.
- Acquire new enterprise logos across BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Utilities, Government and other regulated industries.
- Sell enterprise AI platforms—not manpower.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to commercial closure.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with India's leading enterprises.
What We're Looking For
- 8–15 years of successful enterprise B2B technology sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently acquiring and closing large enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling Enterprise SaaS, AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, Cloud, ERP, Compliance or Banking Technology solutions.
- Strong CXO network across North India.
- Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial and execution-focused.
- Someone who measures success by new logos acquired and business created—not by meetings conducted.
