About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function for our premium residential projects. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in driving end-to-end sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, manage, and mentor the on-ground sales team
- Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance
2. Lead Management & Conversion
- Oversee lead handling, nurturing, and conversion strategies
- Ensure strong follow-up systems and customer engagement
- Monitor and improve conversion ratios across channels
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Define and implement effective sales strategies aligned with project positioning
- Drive pricing, negotiation, and deal closures
- Work closely with leadership on revenue planning and sales forecasting
4. Channel Partner Management
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Drive partner engagement, performance, and closures
- Expand network of local and regional sales partners
5. Marketing & CRM Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and branding initiatives
- Work closely with CRM team to ensure seamless customer journey and data tracking
6. On-ground Activations & Partnerships
- Plan and execute participation in property exhibitions and sales events
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and networks for lead generation
- Set up and manage stalls in property shows and promotional events
7. Post-Sales & Customer Experience
- Oversee post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and handover
Key Requirements
- 6–12 years in real estate sales (villa / plotted development preferred)
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving targets
- Strong experience in channel partner management and broker networks
- Hands-on experience in property exhibitions, stalls, and local activations
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Language Requirement
Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (Mandatory)
Other Requirements

- Strong local market understanding of Hyderabad real estate is preferred
