Sales Manager Loan Against Property (LAP)

Locations: Ahmedabad | Rajkot | Vadodara

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive LAP business through sourcing, login, and disbursement activities
• Manage and expand partnerships with DSAs, channel partners, builders, and local connectors
• Achieve monthly business targets with a focus on quality sourcing and compliance
• Maintain portfolio health and coordinate closely with Credit and Operations teams
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of the LAP business in the assigned geography
