Role Description
This is a full time on site role for a Sales Manager – Lead Generation & Client Acquisition based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long term business partnerships. Daily responsibilities include outbound prospecting, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, presenting N-CYPHER’s AI automation solutions, and closing deals. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and automation teams to deliver tailored solutions that help clients scale their business.
Qualifications
• Strong experience in Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and B2B Sales
• Experience using CRM tools and managing a structured sales pipeline
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Understanding of Digital Marketing, AI automation, and business workflows
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
• Self driven mindset with ability to work in a fast paced startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
