We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager responsible for driving business growth in IT Systems, ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and Audio-Visual (AV) solutions. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and achieve sales targets by delivering customized technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in IT, ELV, and AV solutions.
- Identify new clients in corporate, commercial, government, and enterprise sectors.
- Promote solutions such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, video conferencing, AV systems, networking, and security systems.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with presales, technical, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Track sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and submit regular sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, AV systems, and ELV solutions.
- Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in tendering, BOQ preparation, and proposal management.
