Amtrix Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Sales Managers / Team Managers to lead our International Outbound Sales team for the US Logistics & Freight Brokerage process.
📍 Location: Mohali (Phase 8B)
🕒 Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)
💼 Openings: 2
📅 Experience: 2+ Years in International Outbound Sales / Team Handling
💼 Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise outbound sales team
• Set sales targets and track team performance
• Monitor calls and coach team members
• Train new employees on sales scripts and CRM tools
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
• Motivate the team to achieve KPIs and revenue goals
