We’re looking for a high-impact Sales Professional to drive global B2B growth across Middle East & APAC.
Role Mandate
Drive global revenue growth by owning end-to-end international B2B sales, building a strong pipeline, and closing enterprise deals across MEA and APAC.
This is a high-impact frontline role requiring a strong hunter mindset, ability to manage complex sales cycles, and experience in Travel Technology / SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Own new business acquisition across international markets (Middle East & APAC)
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting → lead generation → solutioning → proposals → negotiations → closure
- Build and maintain a robust international pipeline aligned to revenue targets
- Lead client conversations including demos, presentations, pricing, and commercial negotiations
- Act as the single point of ownership for customers through the sales journey
- Represent the company at global events, exhibitions, and industry forums
- Travel for high-value client meetings (domestic & international)
- Drive post-sales engagement to ensure retention and long-term growth
- Partner with Product & Marketing to incorporate market feedback and refine GTM strategy
- Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline visibility

- Consistent achievement of quota and revenue targets
- Strong international deal closures across multiple regions
- High-quality pipeline build and conversion rates
- Long-term client relationships and account expansion
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in International B2B Sales (Travel Tech / SaaS / IT Software)
- Exposure to markets such as MEA, APAC
- Strong understanding of solution selling (ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, SaaS)
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Highly target-driven with strong commercial acumen
Education
- MBA / PGDBM or equivalent qualification in Business / Marketing
