🚀 Hiring: Sales Manager – Industrial Automation | Itanta
📍 Pune, India | Full-time | Office-based
Itanta is a fast-growing no-code industrial analytics platform helping manufacturers transform OT/IIoT data into real operational value across India and global markets.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong engineering background and proven industrial B2B sales expertise to drive business growth across India and international markets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the complete sales cycle for industrial software and automation solutions
• Drive new business development and manage key accounts
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and commercial discussions with customers
• Manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline through HubSpot CRM
• Build strong relationships with engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for PoCs and evaluations
🔹 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation and software sales
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Experience in key account handling preferred
• Engineering background mandatory – Electronics, Automation, IT, or Process Engineering preferred
• MBA preferred
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CRM tools, especially HubSpot (must)
