Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with 4–5 years of experience and proven team-handling capabilities to drive revenue growth and lead a high-impact sales team. The ideal candidate should come from a top-tier B-school (IIMs, including Indian Institute of Management Nagpur and other premier institutes) with strong exposure to B2B / consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end sales funnel – lead generation to closure
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for global business setup services
- Identify new revenue opportunities across international markets (UAE, KSA, US, etc.)
- Develop strong relationships with founders, startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to improve conversion
- Track KPIs such as pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and revenue targets
- Mentor and coach team members to improve productivity and performance
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Must have team handling experience (min. 2–3 members)
- MBA from top B-schools (IIMs, ISB, Tier-1 colleges)
- Strong experience in B2B / consultative / solution selling
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to startup / SaaS / consulting / fintech / global services is a strong plus
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in international business, company setup, or consulting domain
- Strong understanding of cross-border business expansion challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
