About the Role
We are hiring dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented Sales Managers to drive business growth across our Kerala branches.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales, business development, leadership, and client relationship management skills, with an interest in financial services and investment products.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and acquire potential clients through calls, referrals, and meetings.
✅ Promote financial products including Mutual Funds, Equity, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, and other investment solutions.
✅ Lead, guide, and motivate sales teams to achieve business objectives.
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
✅ Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
✅ Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and business revenue.
✅ Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities.
✅ Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
✅ Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business relationships.
Eligibility & Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
✔ Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management.
✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
✔ Leadership and team management capabilities.
✔ Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
✔ Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity, and investment products is an advantage.
✔ Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFC, Stock Broking, Insurance, or Wealth Management will be preferred.
