ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a target-driven, hunter-profile Sales Manager to own and grow our business across
the designated markets. You will independently build a revenue pipeline, forge strategic partner
relationships with consulting firms, System Integrators, and local in-country partners to close
enterprise deals with BFSI clients all while operating from India with periodic travel to the region.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives without hand-holding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closure
• Build and manage a partner-led sales ecosystem including consulting firms, System Integrators, and local in-country partners.
• Identify, onboard, and enable channel partners to co-sell and drive pipeline
• Build C-level relationships at banks, insurers, NBFCs, payment firms, and regulatory bodies
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and solution presentations tailored to client business
needs
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy with a strong partner-first approach
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5–7 years of B2B software sales experience with a focus on designated markets
• Mandatory: BFSI vertical experience — banks, insurance, MFIs, or payment companies
• Proven track record of partner-driven sales — managing SIs, consulting firms, and local resellers
• Demonstrated ability to independently meet and exceed revenue targets
• Hands-on experience delivering software product demos and solution walkthroughs to senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement cycles
• Proficiency in CRM tools and structured pipeline management
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and reports via CRM tools
• Represent the company at regional industry events and client engagements
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Self-starter with high ownership mindset — able to build pipeline independently without relying
on inbound leads
• Strong solution demonstration skills — ability to translate complex software capabilities into
clear business value for BFSI clients
• Consultative selling approach with the ability to map client pain points to product capabilities
• Culturally agile, resilient, and comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise
deals
• Structured commercial thinker with strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills
★ Added Advantage — GRC & RegTech Knowledge
Prior knowledge or hands-on sales experience in the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) or
RegTech space — particularly solutions sold to financial institutions, Insurance, banks, or regulatory
bodies in Africa. Experience in other sectors apart from BFSI will also be a significant differentiator.
Candidates who can demonstrate familiarity with compliance workflows, risk frameworks, regulatory
reporting, and the ability to deliver compelling GRC product demonstrations to senior stakeholders will be
strongly preferred.
