Leading Edge Info Solutions (LEIS) is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development initiatives across Upwork and direct outbound channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in B2B sales, CRM management, pipeline ownership, and team coordination with a data-driven approach toward revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
β’ Own and manage the complete sales pipeline across Upwork and outbound channels
β’ Ensure all leads are properly logged, segmented, and tracked within CRM systems
β’ Maintain high standards of CRM data hygiene with real-time updates of call logs, notes, and deal stages
β’ Monitor lead progress and improve visibility for forecasting and reporting
πΉ Lead Generation & Business Development
β’ Generate and convert opportunities through Upwork, cold calling, outbound campaigns, and direct outreach
β’ Manage client communication, discovery calls, proposal discussions, and deal closures
β’ Drive sales activities while minimizing lead leakage and improving conversion rates
πΉ Automation & Performance Tracking
β’ Build or optimize CRM automation workflows for lead nurturing and follow-ups
β’ Set triggers for stalled opportunities and re-engagement campaigns
β’ Develop dashboards to track sales KPIs including:
- Upwork proposal conversion ratio
- Cold-calling meeting success rate
- Lead-to-client conversion metrics
- Sales team performance trends

Upwork expertise with proposal strategies, connect management, and client conversion process

Collaboration Tools: Slack / Microsoft Teams

Project & Task Management: Trello / Asana / Notion
