About the Role
Ridhira Group is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager – Corporate with a strong background in 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality. The role is responsible for driving high-value event sales for convention space, corporate bookings for hotels, corporate partnerships/collabs for Spas, while building long-term relationships with top-tier corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition
- Drive corporate sales for MICE, conferences, leadership retreats, annual meets, and luxury offsites
- Acquire and manage high-value corporate clients across industries
- Build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Admin Heads, L&D Leaders, and Event Agencies
- Pitch and curate customized retreat and event solutions aligned with client expectations
Business Development
- Identify and tap opportunities across IT, Pharma, BFSI, Startups, and MNCs
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, presentations, and proposal submissions
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales plans
- Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline through CRM tools
Revenue & Target Management
- Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Handle commercial negotiations, contracts, and closures
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing benchmarks
Event Execution & Client Experience
- Collaborate with operations, F&B, banquets, and resort teams for seamless delivery
- Ensure premium guest experience before, during, and after events
- Drive client retention, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
Brand Representation & Marketing Support
- Represent the brand at corporate networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions
- Support marketing initiatives for luxury retreats and corporate experiences
- Strengthen brand positioning within the corporate and hospitality ecosystem
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in B2B Corporate Sales within 5-star hotels or luxury resorts
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Deep understanding of MICE, banquets, and luxury event sales
- Proven revenue generation and closure capability
- Ability to manage high-value corporate accounts
- Strong CRM discipline and follow-up skills
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and site visits
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in Corporate Sales / Event Sales / Banquet Sales from 5-star hotels or premium hospitality brands
- Experience in selling luxury retreats, destination weddings, and corporate offsites
- Strong network of corporate clients and event planners
- Highly target-driven with a hunter mindset and strong closing ability
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Corporate revenue from events, retreats, and MICE business
- Number of new corporate tie-ups and key accounts acquired
- Lead-to-closure conversion ratio
- Client retention and repeat business growth
- Event execution quality and client satisfaction score
