Xanh SM (part of GSM) is a sustainable ride-hailing and corporate mobility platform powered by electric vehicles and smart transport solutions. We are rapidly expanding our B2B footprint, delivering reliable and environmentally responsible mobility solutions to enterprises and SMEs.
We are looking for a Sales Manager – B2B to drive enterprise and SME revenue growth across the assigned city/cluster.
This is a high-impact role focused on new business acquisition, enterprise relationship building, and consistent revenue delivery. The role demands a strong hunting mindset, structured sales execution, and the ability to close complex B2B deals with senior decision-makers.
You will own national pipeline creation, enterprise closures, and revenue achievement while contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Acquisition
Identify, prospect, and close enterprise and high-value SME accounts.
Sell corporate ride-hailing, employee transportation, and corporate travel solutions.
Conduct CXO-level meetings with CHROs, CFOs, Admin Heads, Facility Heads, and Operations Heads.
Drive new-logo acquisition and long-term enterprise partnerships.
2. Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across the assigned region.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure.
Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
3. Solutioning & Commercial Negotiation
Design customized mobility solutions aligned with client commute and business needs.
Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract closures.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
Track key competitors such as Ola Corporate, Uber for Business, Routematic, and MoveInSync.
Provide insights on pricing trends, client expectations, and GTM improvements.
Identify emerging opportunities within enterprise mobility.
5. Team Leadership & Management
· Hire, onboard, train, and manage a team of Sales Specialists & Sales Team Leaders – B2B.
· Set targets, track performance, and drive daily/weekly sales discipline.
· Coach team members on prospecting, CXO pitching, negotiation, and closures.
Required Experience & Skills
· 8–12 years of B2B sales experience with a strong hunting background.
· Proven track record of new-logo acquisition and enterprise deal closures.
· Prior experience mandatorily in:
· Enterprise mobility / employee transport, or
· Ride-hailing B2B (e.g., Routematic, MoveInSync, Carzonrent, Ola Corporate, Uber for Business).
· Experience engaging with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
· Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a high-growth environment.
· High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline.
