Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to drive business growth across the APAC region for Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) and Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development for FAO and HRO services across the APAC region.
- Identify and generate new leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate outsourcing solutions.
- Work closely with delivery, presales, and leadership teams to create customized proposals.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the APAC market.
- Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12–15 years of experience in sales/business development in FAO, HRO, BPO, or consulting services.
- Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting Outsourcing and HR Outsourcing services.
- Proven track record in APAC market sales and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Strong networking and market penetration abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience selling outsourcing or managed services in global markets.
- Exposure to enterprise clients and large deals.
