Position: Sales Manager (B2B Sales & Channel Management)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Interpret sales data, market trends, and business performance reports to create realistic sales management scenarios
- Develop structured use cases around sales planning, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies
- Analyze channel performance, distribution networks, and customer segments for optimization opportunities
- Review and validate outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and strategic alignment
- Simulate sales reviews, target setting, and performance tracking workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy with business goals
- Identify gaps in sales processes, channel efficiency, and revenue performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, wholesale distribution, and channel-led business models
- Experience in FMCG, industrial supplies, distribution, or similar industries
- Knowledge of sales forecasting, revenue planning, and performance management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Strong team leadership and performance management skills
- Knowledge of channel planning and distribution strategy
- Experience in pricing and negotiation
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
