Senior Sales Leader – Enterprise SaaS (Media Tech / AdTech) Location: India (with international sales remit)
Company Description
We're looking for a senior sales leader to drive and scale enterprise revenue for a fast-growing SaaS platform, with strong preference for candidates who have worked with or sold alongside media technology and AdTech companies such as Brightcove, Vimeo, Muvi, Kaltura, JW Player, Wurl, Magnite, or similar OTT, video, and ad monetization platforms.
Based in India, this role carries an international sales mandate — you'll shape sales strategy, drive lead generation, close large enterprise deals, and build scalable sales motions across global markets.
What you'll do
- Drive enterprise SaaS sales across international markets
- Own and execute lead generation strategy — build top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting, ABM, partner channels, and event-driven outreach
- Own large, complex deal closures and strategic global accounts
- Build, mentor, and scale a team of senior sales managers, enterprise reps, and SDRs/BDRs
- Develop partnerships with broadcasters, OTT platforms, media companies, advertisers, agencies, and ad-tech partners
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams on go-to-market and demand generation strategy
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline across international accounts
- Represent the company at international industry events, trade shows (NAB, IBC, MIP, DES), and partner meetings
What we're looking for
- 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS platform sales, with a meaningful portion selling internationally
- Strong background in media technology, advertising, AdTech, OTT, video streaming, or digital content ecosystems
- Direct experience working at or selling against companies like Brightcove, Vimeo, Muvi, Kaltura, JW Player, Wurl, Magnite, or comparable media-tech / ad-tech platforms
- Proven track record in both lead generation and closing high-value enterprise deals internationally
- Experience scaling sales processes, building outbound motions, and mentoring distributed teams
- Comfort operating across time zones and cultural contexts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience selling to broadcasters, publishers, advertisers, or digital platforms globally
- Exposure to AI-driven platforms, video streaming workflows, CTV, or ad monetization solutions
- Hands-on experience with lead-gen tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Existing industry relationships across media, OTT, and advertising ecosystems
