Role Description
The Sales Management Intern will support the sales team in generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance business growth. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, providing customer service, assisting in account management, and participating in client training sessions. The intern will also contribute to sales processes and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Basic understanding of Sales and Account Management
- Ability to assist in client onboarding and Training sessions
- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Interest or experience in engineering or manufacturing industries is an advantage
