Role Description
The Sales Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and driving sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing freight forwarding, addressing customer inquiries, negotiating sales, and developing solutions to achieve client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring active collaboration between the sales, logistics, and customer service departments.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and build positive relationships
- Proficiency in Sales strategies to identify new opportunities and achieve business targets
- Experience in Logistics Management and expertise in Freight Forwarding to streamline supply chain and transportation processes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
