Position : Freight Broker / Logistics sales sprcialist
Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site)
Shift : 6.30pm-3:30am

Responsibilities:
- Manage freight shipments across the U.S.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve service issues while delivering exceptional customer support.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly GP targets.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 3 years of U.S. freight brokerage experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of load boards and transportation management systems is a plus.
