📢 We’re Hiring: Telecaller – EdTech / Admissions
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven telecallers to engage with prospective students and support admissions.
Salary upto - 60K in hand
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain courses, fees, batches and schedules.
- Generate leads, schedule counselling appointments and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain lead records, update CRM and prepare daily calling reports.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to drive conversions and achieve targets.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.
