The Role
Mool builds AI-native investment intelligence infrastructure for India's capital markets. Our domain-performant agents deliver universal coverage and automated analysis at a scale and speed no human team can match. We're hiring a Sales Leader to own and scale institutional revenue.
What You'll Do
- Build and close a pipeline of PMS/AIF managers, AMC research desks, family offices, and brokerage heads
- Run consultative sales cycles with sophisticated capital markets buyers — anchoring on how Mool drives portfolio performance and client outcomes
- Shape go-to-market strategy: ICP, pricing, positioning, and channel partnerships alongside the founding team
- Turn early clients into references and co-development partners that accelerate growth
- Represent Mool at industry forums and in direct outreach to senior decision-makers
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years selling research, data products, or fintech SaaS to Indian institutional investors
- A senior-level network across India's PMS/AIF, AMC, family office, or brokerage ecosystem
- Track record closing revenue in fast-moving environments without a preset playbook
- Ability to make a technical product intuitive for CIOs, fund managers, and research heads
- Exceptional communication; genuine curiosity about Indian capital markets
- Bonus: Bloomberg / LSEG / FactSet / CRISIL / sell-side background; CFA or MBA
