Position Overview

- Compensation: ₹12 LPA Fixed CTC + Lucrative, Uncapped Performance Incentives
The Mission: Hit the Numbers
Your success in this role is tied directly to measurable business growth. Core targets include:
- 2X Topline Growth: Double our revenue baseline within the next 12 months.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage an active sales pipeline of ₹200 Cr+.
- Conversion Rate: Maintain and optimize a 30%+ quotation value conversion rate.
- Enterprise Acquisition: Penetrate the market to secure 100 "Dream Clients" within 3 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise B2B Sales: Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles, from targeted prospecting to closing high-value accounts in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Tenders & Government Procurement: Navigate and secure government and public sector business via GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and public tender portals.
- Pipeline & Operations: Oversee sales operations, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven reporting using CRM, ERP, and SAP systems.
- Client Presentations & Negotiations: Lead technical and commercial presentations for C-suite executives, project heads, and enterprise procurement teams.
- Strategic Growth: Actively contribute to market expansion strategies, product positioning, and key account management frameworks.
What We Look For
- Experience: 5–10 years of proven success in B2B / Enterprise Industrial Sales.
- Industry Domain: Technical background or sales experience in valves, hoses, dampers, HVAC, fluid handling, or mechanical components.
- Core Skills: Master negotiator, strong presentation skills, robust pipeline discipline, and familiarity with CRM, ERP, or SAP ecosystems.
- Education: * B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred.
- An MBA in Sales, Marketing, or International Business is a distinct advantage.
