Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Leader based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Leader will be responsible for driving property sales, managing a team of sales professionals, devising sales strategies, and working closely with clients to understand and fulfill their real estate needs. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales activities, setting sales targets, providing training and mentorship to team members, networking with potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Leadership and team management capabilities, including motivating and mentoring team members
- Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of the real estate market and trends; experience in residential, commercial, or retail segments is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology for tracking sales activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
