About the Role
Dr. Morepen Home partners with universities, colleges, schools, hostels and residential campuses to operate professional healthcare centers for students, staff and faculty. These centers can include doctors, nurses, first-aid care, emergency response, pharmacy support, diagnostics, health records, vaccination drives, mental wellness referrals and preventive health programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify universities, schools, colleges, hostels, coaching campuses and residential education institutions suitable for Dr. Morepen Health Centers.
- Build relationships with founders, trustees, directors, principals, deans, registrar offices, student welfare departments and campus administrators.
- Pitch Dr. Morepen Home as the full-stack medical care partner for educational institutions.
- Create proposals for on-campus doctors, nurses, emergency care, first-aid rooms, student health records, pharmacy support, diagnostics and health programs.
- Understand the institution student count, residential population, medical room setup, emergency needs and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal medical, operations, HR and finance teams to design customized health center models.
- Conduct campus visits, stakeholder meetings and proposal presentations.
- Track all leads, follow-ups, proposals and closures in the CRM.
- Support the transition from sales closure to operational launch.
Ideal Candidate
- 3-7 years of experience in education sales, institutional sales, healthcare partnerships, school or university partnerships, edtech, healthcare services or B2B sales.
- Existing relationships with universities, schools, colleges or education groups will be a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to sell trust, safety, compliance and institutional value.
- Comfortable with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to build senior relationships.
- Mature, polished and credible in institutional settings.
Success Metrics
- Qualified education institution meetings.
- Campus visits completed.
- Proposals submitted.
- Signed university, school or hostel partnerships.
- Student population covered.
- Monthly recurring revenue generated from education accounts.
