Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Lead specializing in Luxury Sales. Based in Chennai, this role involves managing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding customers through the luxury property buying process. The Sales Lead will also take part in team training, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure targets are met.


Qualifications

  • Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and offer excellent client experiences
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including hitting targets and strategizing effective selling approaches
  • Experience in training and mentoring sales teams to optimize performance
  • Keen understanding of the luxury real estate market and client behavior
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • 12+ Years of experience in Real estate industry required
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
