About the Role
Dr. Morepen Home partners with hospitals to extend medical care beyond discharge. We provide doctor visits, nursing care, physiotherapy, ICU-at-home support, diagnostics, pharmacy and recovery programs for patients who need care after surgery, hospitalization or acute illness. This role is focused on creating hospital-to-home referral pathways that improve patient outcomes and reduce readmission risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify hospitals, nursing homes, specialty centers, surgical centers and daycare hospitals suitable for post-op and home care partnerships.
- Build relationships with hospital owners, medical directors, surgeons, discharge coordinators, nursing heads and patient care teams.
- Pitch Dr. Morepen Home as the preferred home care and post-discharge recovery partner.
- Create referral channels for post-operative care, elderly care, ICU step-down care, wound care, injections, physiotherapy and chronic disease follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal medical and operations teams to ensure smooth patient handover from hospital to home.
- Build hospital-specific partnership proposals and service packages.
- Conduct regular hospital visits, relationship meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain pipeline reports, referral reports and conversion dashboards.
Ideal Candidate
- 3-7 years of experience in hospital sales, healthcare partnerships, medical device sales, pharma sales, diagnostics sales, home healthcare or hospital business development.
- Existing relationships with hospitals, doctors, surgeons or healthcare administrators will be a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows, discharge planning, patient coordination and healthcare services.
- Comfortable with field sales and relationship-led business development.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle doctors and hospital owners with maturity and professionalism.
- Strong empathy for patients and families.
