Job Description – Sales Lead / Head Of Sales

Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA -Fixed (As per company policy based on past CTC)

Work Schedule
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
- Work Hours: 9 Hours (standard work hours)
- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Travel: Yes

- Immediate Joiners Preferred or Maximum 20 Days
Qualification
- 12+ Years of Experience in Food & Beverage / Agri Exports / FMCG – HoReCa Channel
- Graduates in Business or MBA in Sales /Marketing
- Leadership and scaling experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- Industry experience in FMCG/HoReCa
- Proven track record of growth

Role Overview
Drive Regional sales strategy and build a scalable revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Define sales vision and strategy
- Scale multi-city HoReCa business
- Lead regional teams
- Drive enterprise partnerships in HoReCa segment
- Establish sales processes and KPIs and manage sales team and deliverables
- Forecast revenue and ensure profitability
- Work with leadership on expansion
