Job Summary
Own origination, pipeline, and revenue for a named account list across Global Capability Centers. Work with inside sales support to build the funnel, run pursuits from start to finish, and advise clients on setting up, scaling, and transforming their GCCs. You will sell across AIONOS's full service line (Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Data and AI, Cloud, SAP, Security).
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue for a named account list. Build qualified pipeline and grow wallet share.
- Carry and deliver the number. An inside sales team supports the top of the funnel, but target attainment sits with you. You set account priorities, brief the inside sales executives, and source your own meetings wherever coverage falls short.
- Run pursuit and capture for large deals spanning multiple service lines, from qualification through commercial negotiation and closure.
- Split time between account research and GCC mapping in India, and US travel for meetings with decision makers and CXOs.
- Build account maps linking GCCs to their parent companies to find warm entry points into named accounts.
- Act as trusted advisor to GCC leadership on setup, expansion, and transformation.
- Represent AIONOS at GCC forums, industry events, and client roundtables. Feed market and competitive intelligence back into growth strategy.
- Work across Client Groups, Industry teams, and Global Sales on integrated account strategies.
Experience
Must Have Skills
- 7 to 10 years of enterprise technology consulting or sales experience, selling Digital, Cloud, Data and AI, or large transformation programmes into Travel, Transport, Logistics and Telecom clients.
- A live rolodex inside existing GCCs in these verticals. You should be able to open doors in weeks, not quarters.
- Track record running deals from start to finish, covering account mining, pipeline creation, CXO relationships, and commercial negotiation.
Hunting and demand generation
- Hardcore outbound experience selling to US and India enterprise buyers, including cold outreach, and meetings you sourced yourself. You should be able to walk us through your own prospecting method and how many connects turned into meetings.
- Able to direct inside sales effort well, with sharp targeting, clear messaging, and tight follow up, while still willing to pick up the phone yourself.
- Consistent record of carrying and hitting a quota, with numbers you can evidence. Bring the target, the achievement, the percentage, and the period for at least your last two or three cycles. We will ask.
Thinking and initiative
- Finds ways into accounts that others miss, and builds an offer around the client's real problem instead of a standard service pitch.
- Reads account data, org charts, and market signals to decide where to spend time, then tells a story good enough to get a meeting.
- Works without being managed. Brings ideas to leadership instead of waiting to be handed work. A strong r sum alone is not enough. We are screening for initiative and follow through, not credentials.
Travel
- Willing to travel to the US extensively, roughly half the year, on a cycle of 15 days in India followed by 15 days in the US. Valid passport required. US visa preferred.
Good to Have
- Exposure to GCC accounts and understanding of GCC operating models.
- Experience in GCC transformation programmes.
- Background at a Tier 1 consulting or systems integration firm.
- Existing relationships with NASSCOM chapter heads or the GCC Council are a definite plus.
- Experience managing strategic global accounts and complex pursuits with many stakeholders.
- Sales certification covering the full sales motion from prospecting to closing. Salesforce Certified Agentforce Sales Foundations is preferred. Equivalent certifications from HubSpot Academy or LinkedIn Learning are also relevant.
Education
Bachelor's degree required. MBA or PGDM from a premier institute preferred.
