What We're Building
Kynetiq Labs is building the agentic inbound infrastructure layer for B2B companies. Not marketing automation. Not another content tool. A self-running GTM operating system that observes market signals, generates content, distributes across channels, captures leads, and learns from every cycle.
Three windows are open simultaneously: AI search inflection (AEO is in its 2008 SEO moment), Indian B2B maturity (500+ funded startups with zero real inbound infrastructure), and the AI capability threshold that makes autonomous content systems viable for the first time.
The company that owns the outcome-linked B2B inbound dataset for India will be impossible to displace. We're building that dataset deliberately, from operations, starting now.
What This Role Actually Does
You're not doing traditional SDR work. You're building the go-to-market motion for a category that doesn't exist yet. Kynetiq's GTM strategy is built on a core insight: the Preview Engine. Every prospect receives a personalized, AI-generated dashboard showing what their Kynetiq system would look like, populated with their real keyword gaps, real AI citation status, real competitor moves, and a realistic content pipeline built for their specific ICP. By the time they click "Let's talk," they've already seen the product work on their own business.
Your job is to operationalize this at scale.
You will:
- Own the full Preview Engine pipeline. From prospect identification through ICP qualification, preview generation (semi-automated via Claude research agent), personalized outreach, engagement tracking, and conversion to System Conversations. You are the system operator.
- Run targeted outreach to founder-led B2B startups. Seed to Series A, India-based, B2B SaaS/fintech/infra. Your targets are in SaaSBoomi, Surge alumni networks, Blume/Elevation portfolios. You know where they are, and you know how to reach them without being generic.
- Generate 15-20 previews per week. Each one is personalized. Each one is a live product experience. You are responsible for the full flow: research intake, Claude agent orchestration, preview review and approval, delivery, and follow-up sequences based on engagement data from Supabase.
- Convert previews to System Conversations at >30%. Industry average for cold outreach is 2-5%. You will beat that by 6x because the preview pre-qualifies intent. Your metric is not volume. It's conversion quality.
- Build the repeatable outreach playbook. What messaging works for fintech vs dev tools. Which signals (funding announcements, hiring posts, product launches) trigger highest engagement. What follow-up cadence converts preview views into calls. You document patterns and turn them into process.
- Drive consulting engagements. Phase 1 revenue is consulting-led: deep GTM audits and inbound system builds for seed to Series A B2B startups. You're responsible for converting System Conversations into signed consulting engagements that range from ₹1.5L audits to ₹8-12L foundation builds.
What You Bring
You've done this before, at this stage, in this market.
- 2-4 years in early-stage B2B sales or growth. Ideally at a seed/Series A Indian B2B SaaS company. You understand founder-led sales. You know what it feels like to sell into companies with 8-15 people where the founder is the sole decision-maker.
- You can write. Not templates. Not AI slop. Actual personalized outreach that sounds like it came from a human who read the prospect's website and understood their problem. If you can't write a 60-word LinkedIn DM that gets opened and responded to, this role will not work.
- You know the Indian B2B SaaS ecosystem. You have a network in SaaSBoomi, Surge, or similar communities. You know who the founders are, where they hang out, and what they care about. You understand the difference between selling to a YC-backed founder and a bootstrapped one.
- You understand systems, not just tactics. You've built outbound sequences before, but you also know why they work or don't. You think in terms of conversion funnels, engagement signals, and compounding loops. You can look at Supabase analytics and know what it means.
- You're comfortable operating with high autonomy. No one will micromanage you. No one will write your scripts. You will be given the ICP, the Preview Engine infrastructure, and the brand voice. You figure out how to turn that into pipeline. You test, iterate, document, and improve.
Bonus points:
- You've sold consulting or productized services before (not just SaaS).
- You've worked at or with a GTM/growth agency and understand the pitch dynamics.
- You've built outbound campaigns using Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar tools.
- You've read about AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) or GEO and have opinions on where AI search is going.

Learning curve. You will become one of the few people in India who deeply understands how to sell agentic infrastructure to B2B founders. This is not an SDR resume line. This is a founding GTM operator credential.
How This Role Evolves
Month 1-3: You own preview generation and outreach. Target: 10 previews/week, 3 System Conversations/week, 1-2 consulting engagements closed.
Month 4-6: You've built the repeatable motion. You're now scaling it. 20-30 previews/week, 6-8 conversations/week, 3-4 engagements/month. You're training the first SDR hire underneath you.
Month 7-12: You own the full inbound and outbound motion. You manage a 2-3 person team. You build the agency channel strategy. You start thinking about how Kynetiq's own inbound system (SEO, AEO, LinkedIn) feeds the Preview Engine autonomously.
