About Glide Websites
Glide Websites builds fast, professional websites for local and regional businesses across India. We run paid ads to generate inbound leads — and we need someone sharp to follow up, build rapport, and convert those leads into booked appointments and clients.
What you'll do
● Follow up with inbound leads generated from our ad campaigns via call and WhatsApp
● Make outbound calls during Indian business hours (1–2 hours of active calling daily)
● Qualify leads, understand their needs, and book discovery/sales appointments
● Stay passively available during business hours to respond to incoming calls or messages from older leads (within 20 minutes)
● Maintain basic lead notes and status updates in a shared tracker
● Eventually participate in or lead full sales calls as you build familiarity with our offer
Compensation
Monthly base
₹6,000 guaranteed
Per appointment shown
₹200 per show-up
Per closed deal
5% of project value
On an avg. you'll make 2-5K per project.
Commission is calculated on project value excluding maintenance/retainer invoices. Paid monthly with a clear breakdown.
Who we're looking for
● Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, BPO, insurance, real estate, or education sales
● Comfortable making calls in Hindi and English — confident voice, no hesitation
● Available and reachable during Indian business hours (11am–5pm IST)
● Responds to incoming leads within 20 minutes — reliability matters more than experience
● Self-motivated and honest — we track results, not hours
● Bonus: currently on a night shift and looking to earn more during the day
What this is not
This is not a passive work-from-home gig. You will be expected to pick up the phone, call back leads the same day, and handle real conversations. If you're looking to do minimal effort for a base salary, this is not for you. If you're someone who enjoys talking to people and wants uncapped earning potential, this is worth your time.
