Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Lead focusing on B2B SaaS sales for AI LABS at AI CERTs®. The Sales Lead will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales processes, and building strong relationships with clients. Key tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting presentations, managing accounts, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets. The Sales Lead will also provide training and mentorship to team members to foster growth and success.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to develop and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to drive revenue and meet performance goals.
- Experience in Training and mentoring teams to support professional growth and sales excellence.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with SaaS and AI solutions, as well as the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a strong background in B2B sales is highly desired.
