Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle inbound and outbound leads related to student accommodation bookings. Build strong relationships with potential customers and guide them through the booking process. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conversions. Coordinate with marketing and partnerships teams to generate quality leads. Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain CRM records and track all sales activities. Requirements Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3?6 years of experience in sales , preferably in real estate, education services, or student accommodation. Proven experience in team handling and sales target achievement . Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
