Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads related to student accommodation bookings.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers and guide them through the booking process.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing and partnerships teams to generate quality leads.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM records and track all sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, education services, or student accommodation.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales target achievement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
